Beschreibung

• Partner with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test SAP solutions supporting core GTS processes • Gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities • Lead and support GTS-related projects and deliverables aligned with business objectives • Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and maintenance in GTS • Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional specification preparation • Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams on end-to-end processes and integrations • Lead or contribute to unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and cutover planning • Create and maintain business requirements, functional/technical specifications, test scripts, and other project documentation • Recommend best practices and innovative solutions for GTS process strategy • Drive continuous improvement to optimize system performance and user experience • Provide functional expertise and production support, including incident resolution and break-fix solutions • Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational knowledge-sharing • Travel 30% for go-lives and hyper-care to a Pentair facility

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field • 8+ years of professional experience in related fields • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with GTS and SAP S/4HANA processes • Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with direct GTS process design and deployment involvement • Experience in Agile environments and with Jira, Azure, Scrum, or Kanban • Strong knowledge of trade compliance, including preference management, sanctioned-party screening, product classification, license controls, and SAP/external-system integrations • Proficiency configuring and testing GTS and SAP S/4HANA modules • Experience developing functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • SAP certification in GTS, S/4HANA, or related modules preferred • Must be within reasonable driving distance of a Pentair facility for remote work • Ability to travel 30%
