Beschreibung

• Own global commercial performance of the Asset Management practice, including revenue, growth and profit • Set annual plans and multi-year trajectories, making investment, pricing and rationalisation decisions • Define offering strategy and multi-year roadmap, including segments, offerings to build, scale, partner on or retire, and competitive positioning • Define customer value proposition and own pricing, packaging, rate card architecture and supporting business-case evidence • Own end-to-end service development from concept through design, business case, pilot, launch, hypercare and scaled delivery • Own go-to-market and sales enablement, including positioning, qualification criteria, proposal content, pricing guardrails and training • Lead shaping of strategic and complex pursuits • Set and protect delivery standards through methodologies, governance, quality frameworks and performance metrics • Own vendor and spend economics, including OEM and third-party relationships, entitlement, benchmarking and consolidation • Champion digital transformation by representing customer and operational needs, shaping feature prioritisation and release planning, and driving adoption • Evolve the portfolio through connectivity, insight and technology-enabled service offerings • Build capability ahead of demand and own workforce capability planning and succession for critical expertise • Represent the practice externally through customer executive forums, industry conferences, publications and strategic partnerships • Recruit, lead and develop Subject Matter Experts and technical functions • Secure outcomes across regions and functions through influence rather than direct authority • Maintain training and compliance for health, safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities • Travel up to approximately 30–40% to customer sites, company locations, partner sites and industry events, including internationally

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical or scientific discipline and 12 or more years of progressive experience in asset management, field service or technical services, including at least 5 years with commercial ownership of a service line, practice or portfolio and at least 5 years leading teams; OR advanced degree (MSc, PhD or MBA) in a relevant discipline and 10 or more years of progressive experience with the same commercial and leadership content; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience • Advanced degree in an engineering or scientific discipline, and an MBA or equivalent commercial qualification preferred • Ownership of a services offering, practice or service line with accountability for revenue, growth and margin, at scale and across more than one geography • Offering management discipline applied to services, including market assessment, value proposition definition, pricing and packaging, lifecycle management, and build, buy or partner decisions • Deep credibility in multi-vendor asset, instrument or field service operations within regulated (GxP) laboratory or equivalent technical environments • Experience with laboratory relocation and move programmes, including engineering and commercial conversations at executive level • Experience partnering with product and technology teams to create digitally enabled services • Command of OEM and third-party contracts, entitlement, benchmarking, consolidation and rate structures • Track record of designing and launching new services and scaling them to profitable delivery • Influence without authority across a global matrix and executive communication skills • Experience recruiting, developing and retaining senior engineering and technical experts • Experience in multi-vendor laboratory services, OEM field service, laboratory relocation or equipment and facilities outsourcing preferred • Experience operating across North American and European markets preferred • Working knowledge of CMMS or EAM, metrology and calibration, RFID and asset tracking, condition-based or predictive maintenance, and IQ/OQ/PQ preferred • Must be able to work in a laboratory or controlled environment requiring personal protective equipment • Must be able to accommodate multiple time zones • Must be able to complete Medical Clearance, Respiratory Protection Training and Fit Testing if required • Ability to remain stationary more than 25% of the time and move occasionally between labs, corridors, rooms and buildings • Ability to occasionally move or lift up to 25 pounds, with potential occasional lifting up to 50 pounds • Specific close-range, distance, colour, peripheral and depth vision abilities, and ability to adjust focus
