Beschreibung

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders across technology, digital, and organisational change initiatives • Lead enterprise, digital, and technology strategy development • Define strategic roadmaps with prioritisation, sequencing, and delivery feasibility • Provide enterprise and security architecture leadership, standards, and best practices • Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements • Design target operating models for organisational transformation and improved services • Support business cases and investment planning • Establish and contribute to governance forums, providing oversight, challenge, and assurance • Lead or support transformation planning and mobilisation • Conduct independent reviews and assurance activities • Provide thought leadership across strategy, architecture, and assurance • Collaborate on business development, bids, and ESAA capability growth • Develop ESAA methodologies, frameworks, and propositions • Build trusted relationships across customer organisations and stakeholders • Help public sector customers navigate complexity, reduce risk, and achieve sustainable outcomes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience influencing strategy, architecture, or transformation in complex environments • Strong understanding of enterprise strategy, technology, cyber security, and architecture • Ability to engage and build credibility with senior stakeholders and executive teams • Skilled at translating complex challenges into clear, practical direction • Experience providing governance, assurance, and constructive challenge • Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making capability • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to lead through influence and build strong, collaborative relationships • Comfortable working in ambiguity and balancing strategic vision with delivery realities • Public sector experience desirable • Must successfully pass a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check • Experience in roles such as Enterprise Architect, Transformation Lead, Security Architect, Principal Consultant, or Technology Strategist
