Beschreibung

• Build strong customer relationships, solve customer problems, and drive sales of Picus software products • Serve as a subject matter expert throughout the sales process • Own Picus’ value proposition with customers and partners • Manage strategic and tactical governance • Cooperate with customers and partners to improve and optimize current business • Identify and prioritize new opportunities • Generate new business through pre-qualified meetings, problem-solving, and prospecting • Create joint plans with partners, generate pipeline, and drive opportunities to closure • Develop and execute a business plan to achieve goals and quotas • Maintain regular prospect contact through active listening and discovery • Understand customer businesses, diagnose pain points, and prescribe solutions • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success • Manage opportunity pipeline and revenue forecast using the CRM system • Work with resellers, service providers, and integrators • Stay current with cybersecurity industry changes and trends

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Executive managing complex sales processes in a highly consultative sales environment, preferably within SaaS • At least 3 years' experience working in Cybersecurity • Customer orientation and ability to understand customers’ needs and priorities • Ability to help people reach their goals while confidently challenging when required • Growth mindset and business acumen • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to build relationships • Enthusiasm, confidence, self-motivation and passion • Organizational and time-management skills • Analytical, data-driven approach and strategic thinking • Advanced level of English, written and verbal • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company • Located in the Benelux area, preferably in the Netherlands
