Beschreibung

• Contribute to and execute Product Marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging • Monitor industry shifts, market trends, competitive intelligence, and the cybersecurity landscape • Partner with Product Management on customer conversations, product roadmap strategy, analyst relations, and marketing initiatives • Partner with Sales and technical teams to refine value propositions and create assets, training, partner content, sales plays, and objection-handling toolsets • Contribute to the Analyst Relations program and strategy, working with Product Management and the CTO/Co-founder • Define ICPs and personas using customer data • Enable Growth, SDR, and Sales teams to target and operate cohesively • Own execution of Product Launch Strategy and product launch roadmap • Lead cross-functional alignment and go-to-market success • Report directly to the CTO

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in B2B cybersecurity software product marketing • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem • Specific expertise in some of: automated pentesting, BAS, EDR/XDR, SIEM, RVBM, Vulnerability Management • Hands-on and competitive approach in a high-stakes environment • Progressive career growth and proven success managing key initiatives • Collaboration with product management to create market-resonant messaging • Experience working with sales leadership and technical teams to create sales enablement outputs • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills • Ability to distill complex product capabilities into simple, compelling narratives • Experience delivering comprehensive long-form content • Proactive, inquisitive, and problem-solving nature • History of technical or customer-facing roles such as support, incident response, or systems engineering is very desirable • Values and ethics aligned with the Picus team • B.S. or equivalent experience
