Beschreibung

• Work on bleeding-edge multi-agent features, including improving rolled-out features and conceiving new ones • Work across the whole stack, including frontend, backend in C# and Python, infrastructure, and CI • Develop AI features built on Pigment’s computation engine, providing determinism, auditability, and data visualizations • Develop AI features with an ambitious product vision that are actively used, have real-world impact, and are built to last • Collaborate in an innovative, fast-paced, and high-impact team • Contribute to cutting-edge NLP projects and refine Pigment’s AI-powered business planning product

🎯 Anforderungen

• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or experience writing production-grade code • Strong programming skills in Python, and/or C#, Java, nodejs, or equivalent • Hands-on experience prompting large language models, through vibe coding tools or implemented GenAI features • Knowledge about recent developments of agents is a plus • Experience working independently and solving problems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Product-oriented approach to translating user needs into simple technical solutions • Passion for Generative AI • Bonus: experience working with Kubernetes • Bonus: experience building agents using LangGraph • Bonus: experience building and shipping complex products on top of LLMs • Bonus: experience building evaluation pipelines
