Beschreibung

• Build, test, and deploy software continuously, with daily or more frequent deployments • Work with PMs and Product Designers and participate in product and design reviews • Create and contribute to technical specifications and testing/rollout plans • Write technical designs, contribute to code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards • Work with internal customers and stakeholders to solve the right problems • Mentor and sponsor teammates to help them grow • Investigate production issues, improve system reliability, and support services as needed • Own projects end to end, from design through rollout • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and accounting experts to ship safe, well-tested, understandable changes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience with Python or Vue (or other Javascript frameworks) in production • Strong coding fundamentals and ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code • Good product and systems judgment, especially in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally • Experience working effectively on a remote team, including strong async and written communication habits • Demonstrated ability to mentor and teach others • Remote employment in the United States limited to CA, GA, NY, NC, TN, TX, and WA • Nice to have: experience with Vue in production • Nice to have: experience with accounting systems, double-entry bookkeeping, or revenue recognition • Nice to have: familiarity with agentic or AI-assisted systems in production environments • Nice to have: experience integrating with third-party APIs and external systems
