Beschreibung

• Own and rebuild the submission activation funnel end to end • Instrument every funnel step and run an experimentation loop, including A/B testing • Build re-engagement for users who exit without submitting • Identify effective acquisition channels across lifecycle, SEO, AEO, paid, and mobile ads • Build systems to scale successful acquisition channels • Optimize how Alt ranks and appears in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other assistants • Establish clean attribution and consolidate product analytics into a single source of truth • Modernize messaging and deep-linking infrastructure • Build owned, instrumented push, in-app, email, and SMS lifecycle systems • Ensure SMS opt-in compliance • Monitor marketplace balance across bidders, buyers, and sellers • Build growth initiatives for the weaker side of the marketplace • Partner with the founder and marketing lead • Own the funnel end to end and grow into leading the growth function

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of engineering experience • Strong backend skills with Python, Postgres, and AWS or similar • Frontend experience with React, React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Track record of owning growth systems or product features from design to production • Fluency with experimentation/A/B frameworks • Experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog or Amplitude • Experience with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer • Experience with lifecycle platforms • Strong understanding of funnels and instrumentation • Ability to turn messy data into clean, trustworthy signal • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Excellent documentation, questioning, and feedback skills • Familiarity with collectibles or alternative asset marketplaces is a bonus
