Beschreibung

• Own backend development across eligibility, batching, submissions, ops workflows, and claim orchestration • Work through decision logic and data-heavy workflows across the broader platform • Build and improve systems that coordinate how cases are staged, routed, and executed end to end • Collaborate with the Integrations team, Case Strategy team, and engineering and product partners • Contribute to internal-facing UI and ops tooling where needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus • Strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building data-heavy, workflow-oriented systems • Experience with complex, data-driven decision logic or orchestration problems • Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-moving startup environment • Python experience and ability to work effectively in a Python-based backend environment • Self-directed and proactive, able to drive problems to resolution without heavy oversight • Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and adjacent teams • Healthcare-specific data or HealthTech systems experience is an advantage • Exposure to data-heavy architectures or adjacent data engineering problems is an advantage • Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or Databricks is an advantage • Some front-end experience is an advantage • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • Successful completion of applicable background checks
