Beschreibung

• Contribute to PointClickCare’s vision and strategy for operationalizing AI Models • Define roadmaps for AI Models within the broader AI platform • Drive execution and overall success of AI Models across the product portfolio • Apply healthcare AI development and product experience, adapting solutions based on customer feedback • Advocate for Responsible AI and apply knowledge of healthcare regulations • Build sophisticated, transformative solutions from discovery through implementation and delivery • Represent the needs of current and future users, residents, and patients • Create and drive product strategy and multi-year roadmaps to achieve strategic outcomes and increase wallet share • Contribute to the multi-year AI Platform roadmap • Collaborate with Engineering, User Experience, Technical Writers, and other product managers using Agile processes and Design Thinking • Support product launches, releases, successful adoption, and use in products • Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams • Evangelize strategy and roadmap to executive stakeholders and customers as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years working in product management • Master’s or higher degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study • Solid track record managing large product lines and innovation • Experience building products with strong user experience • Ability to work through ambiguity in a complex, dynamic, fast-paced environment • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, execute product priorities, and drive business results • Strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Exceptional oral, written, and listening communication skills • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies • Solid understanding of Design Thinking methodologies • Extensive knowledge and experience of AI in healthcare • Experience with AI development and using AI in products • Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations • Track record of building transformative solutions from discovery to implementation to delivery • Experience working in a health tech SaaS business preferred • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus
