Beschreibung

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and services using modern programming languages • Own delivery of complex features, services, or components independently • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business and user needs into technical solutions • Contribute to system and solution design, architecture, technical tradeoffs, and implementation approaches • Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and analysis • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding, quality, and secure development standards • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and reliability concerns • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle from requirements and design through implementation, testing, release, and support • Create and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and other validation approaches • Apply software design principles, patterns, algorithms, and data structures • Improve development workflows, automation, observability, and engineering efficiency • Explore AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies and recommend practical applications • Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and code review feedback • Contribute to continuous improvement, responsible AI usage, collaboration, and technical excellence

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and related work experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience • Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree • Travel occasionally, up to 5-10%, for key moments such as team summits, training, conferences, etc. • Position subject to company on call policies, including working hours outside the normal workday as needed • Proficiency in at least one or more programming languages such as TypeScript, Java, C#, Python, or other relevant tech stacks • Experience delivering production-grade software and independently owning significant features or technical components • Ability to work on problems of diverse scope, analyze technical issues, and apply sound judgment to identify effective solutions • Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, or analysis • Ability to apply AI tools responsibly with consideration for security, privacy, reliability, maintainability, and appropriate human oversight • Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and Agile or Kanban methodologies • Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts; hands-on database experience preferred • Familiarity with OWASP threats and mitigation techniques and secure coding practices • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with limited day-to-day supervision
