Beschreibung

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic workstreams. • Own delivery outcomes for assigned initiatives and workstreams from planning through implementation. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and success criteria. • Coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum. • Establish structure, ownership, and execution plans for initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration. • Drive progress through ambiguity by identifying next steps, facilitating decisions, and advancing work to completion. • Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and action items and ensure timely resolution. • Provide clear status, risk, and decision updates to program leadership and government stakeholders.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience in information technology, project management, delivery management, or program management roles. • Demonstrated success independently driving complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Proven ability to take partially defined objectives and develop executable plans that achieve measurable outcomes. • Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools. • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • PMP, Scrum Master, or other Agile certifications preferred.
