Beschreibung

• Architect and build features across the entire stack at massive scale • Build, enhance, and fix systems integrating with legacy bank infrastructure, core banking systems, and third-party compliance providers • Solve technical challenges involving multi-tenant architecture, real-time data processing, and bank-grade reliability • Work directly with major banks to understand onboarding requirements and translate business logic into technical solutions • Own performance, scalability, and reliability of systems processing millions of applications across hundreds of banking products • Collaborate directly with customers, the product team, and engineering leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with modern web technologies (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL preferred) • Strong system design skills and experience with scalable architectures • Ability to solve complex technical problems with business context • Ability to balance technical excellence with shipping business-impacting features • Focus on user experience for consumers and bank employees • Willingness to work directly with customers and iterate based on feedback • Willingness to own significant parts of the product and help shape technical decisions • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Located within the continental United States
