Beschreibung

• Manage a geographically dispersed team of technical Solutions Architects focused on Migration and Modernization services • Recognize team accomplishments and demonstrate presales impact • Identify and provide resources needed for presales team success across business units and leadership • Share methods, content, and lessons learned • Build an open, positive, inclusive, resilient, change-oriented team culture • Set role expectations and execute collaborative growth assessments and plans • Mentor and enable team members • Recruit, attract, develop, and retain Solution Architect talent • Create individual development plans and provide career growth • Align resources with opportunities and drive the presales process • Participate in key customer opportunities and improve outcomes • Lead presales innovation across processes, tools, measures, and reporting • Ensure teams position appropriate services and document customer requirements and expectations • Build and maintain long-term client relationships • Present Presidio solutions virtually and in person and understand client requirements • Collaborate with other practices to advance Presidio capabilities alongside migration services • Analyze client requirements, design solutions and roadmaps, and deliver technical proposals and statements of work • Work with service delivery management to oversee delivery success • Support the Director of Solution Architecture for Modern Platforms in improving intellectual property, processes, and quality • Travel 25%–50%

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • 7+ years combined experience in Consulting presales or delivery, including leadership and/or management experience • Experience with complex Cloud and Data Center Migration projects • Experience with Microsoft and AWS migration funding programs • Ability to execute in a highly matrixed environment • Strong executive stakeholder engagement and influence • Strong operational skills in budget management and resource alignment • Experience in organizational design and change management • Consulting and presales experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of industry context and solutions • Understanding of business process and digital disruption • Ability to present to employees, clients, or vendors in large-room settings • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to varied audiences • Knowledge and experience with Cloud, Data Center, Virtualization, and Enterprise architectures • Proven technical problem-solving and design ability • Ability to develop, mentor, and grow teams
