Beschreibung

• Design and implement digital workspace architectures including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management • Develop and maintain standards, policies, and best practices for deployment, configuration, and security • Collaborate with architects, sales teams, and clients to define technology roadmaps that align with business outcomes • Plan, deploy, and migrate complex digital workspace solutions focusing on SharePoint architecture modernization • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of client digital workspaces • Mentor and provide technical escalation support to mid-level and junior engineers • Contribute to presales activities, knowledge sharing, and practice development as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure/digital workspace engineering • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Autopilot) • Modern SharePoint architecture and information management • Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity (Entra Connect) • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience/military background • Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator/Enterprise Administrator, and relevant Copilot/SharePoint specialization credentials
