Beschreibung

• Proactively manage customer Cisco renewals and timelines for assigned accounts • Review renewals for upsell opportunities, position new offers, and create and present quotes/proposals • Participate in Presidio/OEM strategy meetings concerning renewals, multi-year agreements, Enterprise Agreements, and strategic programs • Present offerings in customer-facing meetings, address questions, and drive opportunities to closure • Support the Services EA sales cycle by identifying qualified target customers, building renewal comparison quotes, and scoping CX proposal install bases in EAMP • Prepare customers for Services EA True Forwards, validate inventory changes, assist with budgetary estimates, and coordinate with Cisco asset management teams • Maintain and reconcile end-user Cisco contract inventory and proactively manage the process • Triage Cisco services questions and issues internally and externally • Promote and develop the Cisco service practice with regional management, account executives, and cross-functional teams • Forecast the renewals pipeline with Account Executives • Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to secure pricing, ensure timely renewals, and maintain accurate forecasting • Review and maintain accurate, consolidated contracts and manage customer access • Prepare and process orders using internal tools • Track orders through completion, escalate as required, and ensure accurate booking • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to clients as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS applications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment • Strong knowledge of Cisco services, contracts, and Enterprise Agreements • Familiarity with Cisco asset/contract management systems, including CCWR and EAMP • Knowledge of service lifecycle management and subscription models • Preferred: 3+ years' experience in a support agreement renewal role • Preferred: Experience with Cisco service contracts and CX EAs, including renewals, subscriptions, and Enterprise Agreements • Preferred: Direct customer-facing experience, including presentations, QBRs, and consultative selling • Preferred: Ability to provide revenue growth through renewals and upsells • Preferred: Contract and order management experience, including tracking, reconciliation, and processing
