Beschreibung

• Diagnose complex operational issues and identify root causes across cloud environments • Use AI to accelerate investigation and resolution • Build automation and AI-driven workflows to eliminate repetitive work • Learn and support evolving AWS, Azure, and GCP services • Manage cloud-native compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, and security services • Measure and report on automation and AI initiatives and their impact on efficiency, service delivery, customer experience, and reliability • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, operational excellence, automation, and AI-first practices • Serve as the primary technical resource for managed services customers • Drive technical conversations with customers and internal account teams • Communicate with customers about incidents, service requests, maintenance, and changes • Deliver customer service while maintaining SLA commitments • Mentor team members and lead technical initiatives • Provide technical leadership during complex incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions • Support customer environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure, with future expansion into GCP

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and/or military experience • 6–9 years' experience troubleshooting and managing core services in both AWS and Azure, including compute, networking, identity, storage, monitoring, and security • 3+ years' developing automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, APIs, workflows, or orchestration tools • 3+ years' experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, managed services, or platform engineering environments • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools, assistants, and automation platforms to improve operational efficiency and accelerate problem resolution • Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and cloud-native services • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be eligible to support public sector customers and successfully complete required criminal history, fingerprint-based, or other customer-mandated background investigations • Must be a US Citizen • Proof of active certification(s) is required • Preferred: experience working in AWS/Azure MSP roles • Preferred: experience building AI-powered operational workflows and intelligent automation solutions • Preferred: experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and AI assistants • Preferred: experience integrating Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms • Preferred: experience developing agentic workflows, AI orchestration frameworks, or autonomous operational processes • Preferred: experience with AIOps platforms, observability tools, and intelligent event correlation systems • Preferred: experience building knowledge retrieval, RAG, or AI-assisted support solutions • Preferred: AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications
