Beschreibung

• Own Primer's internal developer platform end to end, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, self-service tooling, and ephemeral environments. • Build the human-AI development loop, including tooling and automation for engineers working alongside coding agents. • Instrument developer productivity and use delivery metrics to identify and fix bottlenecks. • Join the Core Infrastructure on-call rotation and own the reliability of developed systems. • Partner with product teams to improve developer tools, frameworks, and internal APIs. • Reduce application boilerplate and own paved-road, golden-path tooling and service standards. • Work transparently across a fully distributed team and make decisions and trade-offs visible. • Report to the Engineering Manager for Infrastructure & Data.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong cloud infrastructure experience; AWS preferred, with strong GCP backgrounds also considered • Hands-on Kubernetes experience • Infrastructure-as-code experience; Terraform preferred, with Pulumi, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar accepted • Core CI/CD competency, including ownership of build, test, deploy workflows, and preview environments • Experience measuring and improving delivery using DORA, SPACE, or a similar framework • Experience owning production systems and participating in an on-call rotation • Genuine software engineering background building and maintaining applications or products • Ability to reason about code ergonomics and build useful AI and developer tooling • Async-first communication and effectiveness in a remote, distributed team • AI or agent tooling / LLM-based development workflow experience is nice to have • Familiarity with MCP servers and agent integration patterns is nice to have • Payments, fintech, or regulated-industry experience is nice to have
