Beschreibung

• Stabilise and own the IAM request queue, prioritising urgent requests and establishing time-to-resolution baselines • Build and maintain SCIM auto-provisioning flows for day-one account setup across SaaS tools such as Okta, Slack, and GitHub • Own end-to-end provisioning automation from requirements through implementation and troubleshooting • Design and execute the IAM enrolment improvements roadmap, including Mac/Windows enrolment, Okta rollout, and Tines fallback workflows • Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to understand dependencies and deliver initiatives on time • Run automated access reviews and certification campaigns with GRC • Design review workflows, maintain data pipelines, and reduce standing access and access sprawl • Progress IAM technical debt and risk, including JIT/PAM initiatives and least-privilege audit evidence collection • Build the automation roadmap supporting context-aware access • Remove identity and provisioning workload from Workplace Technology • Document processes heavily and build trust across asynchronous channels • Collaborate with GRC, People, compliance, engineering, Workplace Technology, and infrastructure teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous production experience shipping identity or access management systems • Understanding of Okta or similar identity providers • Experience with SCIM provisioning • Experience with access review workflows • Experience scaling identity systems at a growing company • Ability to build automation using Python, Go, or similar • Experience integrating Tines, Okta, and cloud IAM services • Understanding of least privilege, deprovisioning, and audit trails • Strong operational ownership and ability to prioritise an IAM backlog • Ability to reason through access problems and translate business requirements into working systems • Ability to learn Primer’s specific technology stack and people systems • Ability to collaborate with GRC, People, compliance, engineering, and other non-engineering functions • Ability to document extensively and work effectively through asynchronous channels
