Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end equipment and terminal product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Clover, Dejavoo, and Valor • Manage the Priority terminal ecosystem, including physical devices, iOS, Android, and web components • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and merchant interviews • Establish and track KPIs including merchant adoption, feature utilization, deployment timelines, and churn reduction • Act as Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum framework • Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization • Collaborate with UX/UI designers on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes • Oversee integrations with EMV card readers, contactless payments, payment protocols, and backend payment gateways • Certify terminal peripherals with external manufacturing partners • Partner with payment operations on device operation and certification • Create documentation, release notes, training modules, and go-to-market materials • Serve as a tier-3 subject matter expert for complex production issues • Collaborate across engineering, deployment operations, processor and terminal partners, risk, merchant support, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and customer care

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of technical product management experience, specifically shipping software products in an Agile environment • Strong background in FinTech, Merchant Acquiring, Credit Card Processing, or the Point of Sale (POS) space • Firm grasp of API integrations, cloud-based architecture, SaaS models, and hardware firmware interactions with cloud software applications • Deep familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or Productboard • Experience navigating compliance, risk, and regulatory constraints • Comfort using data analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Pendo, or Tableau • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Direct experience launching or managing POS software for retail or food and beverage sectors preferred • Familiarity with hardware provisioning and remote device management (MDM) protocols preferred • Knowledge of PCI-DSS and EMV Level 3 certification preferred
