Beschreibung

• Prospect for new business through B2B door-to-door cold calling • Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity • Sell and set up new accounts • Manage accounts sold • Sell transportation logistics solutions to executive-level decision makers • Acquire new business in the freight shipping industry • Participate in three weeks of corporate training in Little Rock, AR within the first 24 months • Complete the Fast Start Program, including three months of in-the-field training with Upper Management • Progress toward Senior Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager roles

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-5 years of freight sales experience preferred • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; business, marketing and/or communication courses preferred, but any major will work as long as you have a passion for sales • Involvement in campus activities; athletic backgrounds highly recommended • Naturally enthusiastic and energetic • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor • Determined to be part of a winning team • A burning desire to be successful • Willingness to perform extensive B2B door-to-door cold calling • Ability to develop lead generation and utilize a CRM to track activity • Ability to sell and set up new accounts • Ability to manage accounts sold
