Beschreibung

• Solve difficult problems by bringing innovative solutions • Assess risks and opportunities using sound judgment and provide data-informed written narratives • Engage constructively with engineers, designers, peers, and company leaders • Develop and maintain a product roadmap through stakeholder and customer engagement • Improve the post-approval customer experience • Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems, mitigate risk, and validate solutions through customer and market research • Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria • Establish iterative release schedules with dependent teams • Test, measure, and iterate on product experiences • Identify friction points and drive data-grounded incremental improvements • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate timelines, blockers, successes, and failures • Analyze product feature performance • Establish organizational buy-in and maintain communication across functional areas

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management • Experience owning and managing post-approval or account management products in a consumer-facing digital environment • Ability to design and iterate on self-service experiences across web and mobile • Experience configuring or optimizing AI chatbot workflows for self-service customer resolution • Familiarity with financial services or fintech products, including payment flows, lease or loan lifecycle management, and regulatory context • Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution • Exceptional communication skills, including listening, speaking, collaborating, writing, and presenting • High integrity and ambition to pursue the best possible product and service • Ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment • Passion for innovating new products • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Payment or billing product experience (preferred) • Experience with customer notification systems using push, email, or SMS triggers (preferred) • Experience in lease-to-own, BNPL, consumer lending, or FinTech products (preferred) • Mobile and web-based product experience (preferred) • Risk product experience (preferred)
