Beschreibung

• Prominence is seeking a data architect with strong experience in SQL to help build and deploy analytics solutions in partnership with some of the nation’s leading healthcare providers. • The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and/or cloud technologies such as Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, or similar tools. • Our consultants guide our customers through complex technology requirements to summit the challenge at hand. • You will need to be able to create order out of chaos, and compile ambiguous information into tactical action plans. • Our ideal team members are humble, smart, and driven to ensure our customer’s success. This includes a passion to deliver high-quality results, while teaching our counterparts how to fish and grow the skills needed to support and expand upon the deliverables of our projects.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Work with raw data to transform it into meaningful, actionable information. • Design data models that scale in size and complexity. • Develop and deploy analytics solutions to meet customer needs. • Guide customers through complex, new or unfamiliar technology requirements and compile ambiguous information into actionable plans. • Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries. • Strong experience in reading and writing SQL. Ability to write, debug and tune SQL queries. • Deep knowledge of relational data modeling. Ability to think at an architectural level in creating, growing, maintaining, and documenting scalable data models. • Experience with one or more of the following technologies: • - Microsoft SQL Server • - Databricks • - Snowflake • - Microsoft Fabric • - Azure Synapse • - AWS Redshift • - Similar cloud or big data platforms • Professional: High degree of professionalism, treats others with respect, builds trust within the team, works with integrity, and upholds organizational values. • Organized: Manages multi-faceted work streams efficiently, ensuring smooth project execution. • Self-Motivated: Manages personal schedule, meets deadlines, and monitors work quality independently. • Highly Adaptable: Quickly acclimates to new projects and diverse work environments. • Creative: Finds novel solutions to problems and works collaboratively with team members. • Communication: Conveys clear and concise messages that resonate with the intended audience in both written and verbal forms. • Proactive: Anticipates potential issues, addresses concerns before they escalate, and escalates effectively when necessary. • Team-Oriented: Passionate about mentoring and guiding others, thrives in a team-based environment.
