Beschreibung

• Support the Sr. Manager in overseeing daily operations of revenue cycle management teams • Optimize revenue cycle activities to maximize client revenue retention and enhance service gains • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned client accounts, workflows, payer challenges, and account nuances • Conduct root cause analysis of rejected and denied claims and reporting or clearinghouse discrepancies • Identify accounts receivable and billing trends, payment anomalies, and potential issues • Escalate and resolve team barriers involving accounts or workflows • Assign weekly workloads based on claim volume, account needs, and strategic priorities • Validate work completion and accuracy using reporting tools, dashboards, and submission logs • Flag performance or account red flags and own resolution or follow-up • Ensure end-of-month processes are accurate and ready for client reporting • Support Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Payment Posting functions • Facilitate onboarding and training across software platforms and web-based systems • Provide hands-on support in claim preparation, submission, and AR follow-up • Conduct weekly 1:1s, team syncs, and development check-ins • Coach and mentor team members and foster professional growth • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance • Generate and submit monthly patient-balance and refund-balance reports to CRCs • Use AR Aging Reports, denial/rejection dashboards, EOB Tracking Logs, Claim Submission Logs, and Productivity Reports for oversight • Provide accurate and timely reporting for financial analysis and decision-making • Research and recommend adjustments or write-offs with supporting analysis for leadership approval • Perform other duties or projects assigned by leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing day-to-day billing and collections team functions • Experience reviewing, coding, and collecting professional services • Demonstrated proficiency in healthcare revenue cycle management • Ability to drive organizational transformation and guide teams through change management • Strong leadership qualities and strategic vision • Supervisory experience in leadership, team development, coaching, mentoring, and situational assessment • Proven ability to foster continuous improvement and build high-performing teams • Proficiency with Google for Business, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and relevant software platforms • Familiarity with healthcare billing and collections clearinghouses and SaaS products highly desirable • Compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational privacy policies and procedures • Must be physically located in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
