Beschreibung

• Own outcomes for a meaningful part of Property Meld's Intelligent Maintenance product • Solve customer and business problems that create recognized value • Understand customer problems deeply and decide what to do with design and engineering partners • Make written cases for roadmap bets, including the problem, customer job, expected outcome, and rationale • Measure whether customers recognize and rely on delivered value • Carry product rationale, outcomes, and value to the team, customer-facing teams, and customers • Discover and decide in a product trio with design and engineering • Stay continuously close to customers and first-hand customer reality • Remain engaged across problem discovery, delivery, rollout, QA, launch, and measurement • Create clarity, alignment, and momentum through influence rather than positional authority • Choose metrics that track product value and combine quantitative and qualitative evidence • Visit and shadow a customer quarterly to learn product usage

🎯 Anforderungen

• Deep customer curiosity and ability to stay close to product users • Evidence-based decision-making and willingness to change course when evidence warrants • Strong priority discipline and ability to protect focus and say no • Clear, persuasive writing and strong presentation skills • Ability to distill a crisp value proposition • Measurement literacy and ability to select meaningful value metrics • Ability to combine quantitative signals with qualitative customer understanding • Collaborative ownership and personal accountability • Generalist mindset with preference for working alongside strong specialists • Technical fluency and willingness to learn from engineers • Self-directed, autonomous, and purpose-driven • PropertyTech experience is a plus • Must be eligible for full-time employment in the United States • Must provide 6 hours of daily overlap with the Mountain Time Zone
