Beschreibung

• Support Providence St. Joseph Health Clinical Informatics education goals for EHR and other information systems deployment, sustainment, adoption, and optimization • Provide direction, leadership, and coaching to teams responsible for designing, developing, publishing, and maintaining change communication and learning deliverables • Promote safe, effective, and efficient use of information technology in clinical and business settings • Partner with co-managers to lead cross-team work involving training environment management, project resourcing, Credential Trainer programs, change communication and learning deliverable standards, publishing and maintenance, publication platform management, and education evaluation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, healthcare, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 6 years of Education experience in an information services or training setting • 3 or more years of management experience • Healthcare information services operations and support experience • 4 years of Leadership experience • Preferred: Master's degree in education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, healthcare, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Preferred upon hire: Healthcare-related and/or Education-related certification • Preferred upon hire: Informatics certifications or credentialing • Preferred: 3 years of experience in education in a large organization with multiple implementations • Experience standardizing complex and disparate processes • Experience in process improvement methodology, change management, and operational experience in a complex environment
