Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription for both brands • Execute campaigns including copywriting, segmentation, and deployment • Build automated welcome, win-back, VIP, abandonment, and subscription flows • Drive repeat rate, LTV, and retention targets • Manage Shopify front-end and back-end, apps, subscription platform, loyalty technology, and integrations • Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize the site for conversion • Evaluate and implement new tools and own day-to-day platform management • Own lifecycle analytics and ensure data accuracy across Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, and TripleWhale • Report on LTV, retention cohorts, flow performance, and campaign ROI • Build dashboards and turn data into actionable insights • Design and execute A/B tests across flows, campaigns, creative, offers, and timing • Document learnings and build a testing roadmap • Build internal automations using Zapier and workflows • Support campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting • Create SOPs and serve as the fix-it person • Partner directly with leadership across both brands to shape lifecycle marketing, inform acquisition strategy, and build scalable systems

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in lifecycle/retention marketing (DTC or CPG preferred) • Completed a post-secondary program in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, advertising, web development, computer science) or equivalent work experience • Expert in Klaviyo, Shopify, subscription/loyalty platforms • Experience writing on-brand copy, building flows, analyzing data, and managing integrations • Comfortable with Shopify backend, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and GA4 • Experience using automations, including Zapier and workflows, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude • Strong understanding of open rates, LTV:CAC, retention curves, and cohort performance • Ability to self-manage project tasks and proactively question issues, methods, quality, quantity, resource management, and timeliness of work • Ability to convey ideas, thoughts, issues, and information effectively to team members • Ability to work cohesively with others and build productive relationships • Nice to have: multi-brand experience; health/wellness/CPG background; SMS compliance expertise; subscription business model experience; design skills with Figma or Canva; basic HTML/CSS
