Beschreibung

• Develop and review budgets and proposals for full-service, multi-site clinical trials • Coordinate proposal timelines, assignments, priorities, email responses, client clarifications, and workload • Lead selected complex or high-priority proposals from RFP through final submission • Review proposals and budgets for accuracy, consistency, competitiveness, and alignment with protocol and operational assumptions • Work with Business Development on RFP intake, bid strategy, pricing, and risk considerations • Partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, Contracts, and subject matter experts to confirm scope, assumptions, timelines, and costs • Support and mentor team members and serve as a resource for complex assignments • Use advanced Excel for pricing, budget development, margin analysis, and scenario planning • Maintain accurate proposal and opportunity information in Salesforce and related systems • Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, tools, consistency, and efficiency • Support handoff of awarded studies to operational teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• US-based candidate • Strong experience developing budgets and proposals for clinical trials in patient studies from a CRO • Experience with full-service, multi-site patient studies • Experience with CRO contracting across USA, Europe and Asia • Understanding of clinical trial operations and how full-service proposals and budgets are created • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple proposals, competing deadlines, and changing priorities • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and factors driving study scope, timelines, and cost • Strong Excel skills, including complex budgets, pricing models, or financial analysis • Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams • Strong attention to detail and solutions-focused approach • Ability to work independently and adjust working hours to support global teams, client deadlines, and high proposal volume • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Approximately 5+ years in CRO budgets, proposals and contracting in a Full Service CRO • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer-sponsored visa support • Salesforce or similar CRM experience is preferred
