Beschreibung

• Lead structured discovery with hospital revenue cycle and finance leadership • Capture client objectives, constraints, risks, and success measures across front-end, middle, and back-end revenue cycle functions • Document baseline RCM performance and identify gaps against the current RCM Service Catalog • Identify unknowns and open risks requiring resolution before activation • Collaborate with implementation teams to adapt implementation plans to clients • Work with Implementation Project Managers to set priorities, review progress, and align milestones with client commitments • Define roles, milestones, and escalation paths for transition risks unique to rural health providers • Update client stakeholders on implementation progress • Ensure client and internal operations alignment before go-live • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational needs and strategic initiatives throughout the contract • Act as subject matter expert for revenue cycle metrics across front, middle, and back functions • Support Quarterly Business Reviews and review RCM performance against contracted KPIs and success measures • Identify and escalate issues and drive resolution • Develop expansion opportunities and route new requirements to Client Success and Relationship Executives • Manage structured offboarding or service transitions • Establish clarity around scope, timelines, responsibilities, and KPI expectations • Facilitate regular engagement touchpoints from onboarding through steady-state operations • Coordinate internal responses to client escalations with RCM operations leadership • Build trusted-advisor relationships with client leadership • Ensure discovery and implementation outputs are complete and reduce downstream rework • Monitor performance drift and emerging risks and escalate proactively • Collaborate on performance improvement initiatives • Report account status, risk, and performance to Convene Health leadership • Participate in steering committees, escalation paths, and performance reporting • Maintain working knowledge of IT service offerings including infrastructure, cybersecurity, application support, interoperability, and managed services • Facilitate communication among client operational, financial, and technical stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong facilitation, structured discovery, and executive communication skills • People-management experience, with the ability to direct and hold accountable both internal and client stakeholders • Working fluency in RCM domain terminology • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes (front, middle, back), performance metrics, and related operational workflows • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and variances, and summarize findings clearly and actionably • Ability to support process improvement efforts, identify root causes, and provide recommendations • Ability to translate ambiguity into crisp plans with owners, timelines, and dependencies • Cross-functional delivery alignment experience • Long-term relationship management skills, including renewal and contract negotiation conversations • Ability to identify early account risk or dissatisfaction and act proactively • 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, RCM consulting, or RCM managed services • Delivery, process, and project management experience strongly preferred • Proven experience leading discovery and onboarding for complex RCM services and managing ongoing account relationships post-implementation • Experience collaborating with healthcare IT, informatics, or digital transformation teams preferred • Direct experience with rural health hospital environments strongly preferred • Experience with contract renewal cycles, account growth, or retention management in a services or managed services context strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree required • MBA/MHA preferred
