Beschreibung

• Responsible to maintain monthly scorecards capturing individual performance including but not limited to attendance, abandoned call rate, patient experience, and quality assurance review outcomes. • Works with the corporate training team to develop and maintain training materials to meet the needs of those we serve. • Works with the individual hospital leadership team to ensure adherence to established protocols for the scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling of patients. • Assists the VP of RCM to establish customer service standards. • Responsible to ensure adherence through consistent call center monitoring. • Responsible for adhering to all policies, procedures, and professional rules of decorum. • Possesses the ability to work within a remote call center environment, free from distractions and background noise.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Prefer BS/BA in a related field or relevant experience is desired. • Previous scheduling experience in the medical field required. • Prefer two years of leadership experience directly related or within a comparable discipline. • Possesses a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with excellent PowerPoint skillset. • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. • Ability to effectively solve problems that cross organizational boundaries. • Ability to lead the team in a manner that is supportive of creating a department known for its credibility in skillset and execution of delivering exceptional customer service. • Ability to communicate effectively with well-designed materials. • Ability to set goals that are measurable and promote growth within the team.
