Beschreibung

• Oversee construction of asphalt and concrete parking lots at various locations throughout the United States • Manage projects in the field from inception to close • Conduct pre-construction meetings and project kick-offs • Manage subcontractors, vendors, resources, equipment, materials, and timelines • Execute project setup prior to construction • Review scopes, plans, materials, and all job aspects • Document daily job progress and send consistent reports to clients and the Rabine America office team • Execute projects within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities • Serve as the first point of contact for customers • Maintain communication with customers, subcontractors, the National Operations Manager, and the Operations Coordinator • Negotiate project aspects and track change orders • Provide quality control by inspecting scope, quality, and cleanliness • Collaborate with and support other Project Managers • Promote an injury- and incident-free safety culture onsite • Work with the Rabine safety team to enforce safety standards • Execute onsite repairs such as signs and bollards • Prospect subcontractors for future company growth • Complete project closeout, punch lists, and invoice approval • Travel to onsite work locations within the state and occasionally out of state

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of construction industry experience • Paving industry or project management experience • Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Project Management a plus • Demonstrated ability to set and manage budgets and resources • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial impacts of decisions with respect to project budgets • Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license required • OSHA 30 Certification, First Aid and Flaggers Certification, and site relevant safety procedures certifications preferred • SWPPP certification preferred • Experience with mix designs and pavement specifications a plus • MS Office skills • Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 70 lbs • Reliable transportation • Flexibility with travel schedules • Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks year-round in varied weather conditions • Frequent lifting and carrying of materials or equipment weighing up to 75 lbs • Regular climbing and working from ladders • Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling
