Beschreibung

• Develop new customer accounts and expand usage within existing ones. • Educate and train physicians, nurses, techs, and staff to drive product adoption. • Lead product installations and provide clinical support. • Work with leadership to create territory sales and marketing strategies. • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Rampart solutions. • Maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers. • Respond to customer feedback and resolve service issues with creative solutions. • Support product development by identifying improvements and opportunities. • Meet or exceed assigned sales and adoption targets.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Sciences, Nursing (RT, RCIS) or related field preferred • 5+ years of medical device or clinical operations experience • Proven success in driving clinical adoption and sales growth • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Knowledge of hospital operations, purchasing, and regulatory standards • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability • Willingness to travel extensively (including overnight)
