Beschreibung

• Develop, own, and manage creator, influencer, esports, and athlete strategies across the Console division • Recruit and manage Console-focused creators, ambassadors, and key opinion leaders • Translate brand and business objectives into measurable creator programs driving engagement and commercial impact • Lead go-to-market plans for influencer programs, FPS and console game releases, esports leagues, and tournaments • Manage high-profile creator and talent integrations from planning through execution • Build relationships with gaming creators, streamers, esports organizations, athletes, entertainers, agents, and talent representatives • Set seeding briefs and monthly seeding targets for sustain and NPI launches • Develop strategic partnerships with game publishers and platform partners • Use influencer and pro-player feedback to inform the Console product roadmap • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, media, community, brand, eCommerce, and business development teams • Manage agency partners and oversee campaign execution • Measure creator and campaign performance across awareness, engagement, conversion, revenue, and ROI • Lead marketing planning and business reviews and present performance and recommendations to executive leadership • Manage multiple high-visibility initiatives amid compressed timelines and shifting priorities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 8 years of product management and marketing experience in the consumer electronics industry • Streaming product line marketing experience highly preferred; gaming experience a big plus • Experience developing and overseeing execution of marketing plans • Experience with PC or consumer electronics sales channels: retail, direct, online, and distribution • Ability to write marketing copy and provide creative design direction for digital marketing, web merchandising, print ads, video, and graphics • Experience developing detailed marketing plans and articulating strategy and success requirements • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, including interaction with executive management • Preferred experience working in a global company with stakeholders across countries and time zones • Microsoft Office experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • College degree in marketing or another related discipline, or equivalent experience
