Beschreibung

• Lead day-to-day product delivery across multiple Leasing platforms. • Own roadmaps across OneSite Conventional Leasing, OneSite Affordable Leasing, On-Site, and AI-driven leasing and workflow automation capabilities. • Manage cross-product dependencies and work with the GM to turn strategy into shippable plans. • Hire, coach, and develop product managers and build a culture of ownership and accountability. • Own end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch and optimization. • Establish success metrics tied to adoption, revenue growth, retention, and margin. • Identify and drive high-leverage AI and automation opportunities from idea to shipped capability. • Align engineering, design, customer success, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable solutions. • Integrate solutions with CRM, Screening, Insurance, Moving, and other third-party platforms. • Ensure platforms meet FCRA, FHA, and HUD standards. • Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes to product and go-to-market leadership, customers, and the team. • Report to the GM of Leasing & Screening and partner with product and go-to-market leadership.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading and managing product teams. • Experience in multifamily, real estate, or closely adjacent proptech. • Track record owning strategy and execution for complex, multi-product platforms serving a scaled customer base. • Commercial ownership including GTM, pricing, packaging, launches, adoption, and customer outcomes. • Strong technical fluency across AI/ML, SQL, analytics, data platforms, APIs, and modern SaaS architectures. • Familiarity with agentic AI and emerging standards for connecting data and tools to AI agents, such as MCP, preferred. • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field is preferred, not required. • Advanced degree such as an MBA or technical MS is a plus, not a requirement. • Knowledge of discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, outcome-based execution, UX/UI, and customer-centered design. • Experience defining success metrics, reading performance signals, and iterating quickly. • Ability to make hard tradeoffs while leading with empathy and transparency.
