Beschreibung

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global Product Management team • Translate market strategies into actionable product plans and priorities • Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and investment performance • Drive execution of product roadmaps aligned to business and customer needs • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence • Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to deliver customer-focused solutions • Review business cases and major product investments to ensure strong returns and competitive differentiation • Leverage customer insights and competitive intelligence to continuously improve the portfolio • Coordinate cross-regional management and alignment within a matrix organization

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field • 10+ years' experience in Product Management within drives, controls and HVAC • Proven experience overseeing Product Managers or cross-functional teams • Strong track record of owning product P&L, delivering product growth and profitability, and managing multi-product or platform portfolios • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and new product development (NPD) processes • Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering teams • Legally authorized to work in the United States • No current or future work authorization sponsorship required • Approximately 20% travel, higher if remotely based • Master’s degree or MBA preferred • Experience in global product organizations preferred • Experience managing platform-based product strategies preferred • Exposure to European market requirements and regulatory landscape preferred • Experience in portfolio optimization and platform standardization preferred
