Beschreibung

• Lead The Lab, Storyblocks' AI product team • Own the roadmap for conversational search and the MCP connector • Translate open-ended questions about search quality, memory, and MCP distribution into a prioritized plan with clear business impact • Define and track metrics for AI product quality and distinguish meaningful signals from vanity KPIs • Partner with engineering, data science, design, research, and product marketing to align on OKRs • Rally cross-functional teams to deliver business results • Drive high-volume experimentation using pre/post and A/B tests with tools such as Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or Amplitude • Use customer interviews, usability studies, and discovery sessions to inform prioritization and product direction • Navigate launches requiring legal review and third-party platform approval, including OpenAI plugin store and Claude MCP directory • Evaluate AI interaction costs and implications for packaging, pricing, and product strategy • Communicate roadmaps and priorities to technical teams and executive leadership • Report to Scott Simpson, VP Product

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience shipping AI products to customers with an associated metric • Experience with evals, relevance tuning, ranking, or model selection • Experience owning search, discovery, recommendations, or personalization products • Experience running experimentation at real volume using tools such as Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or Amplitude • Experience working directly with data science or ML teams and participating in technical conversations • Experience as the sole PM on a squad, owning outcomes rather than managing tickets • Ability to articulate roadmap priorities to technical and executive audiences • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and communicate confidence levels honestly • Ability to work from anywhere in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States; Storyblocks does not sponsor employment visas • Nice to have: shipped an LLM-powered product to general availability • Nice to have: experience with developer-facing or platform products, APIs, connectors, or plugin and app-directory ecosystems • Nice to have: background in creative tools, stock media, video, or a creative industry • Nice to have: consumer, e-commerce, or subscription product experience • Nice to have: search, discovery, or relevance experience
