Beschreibung

• Translate prioritized product initiatives and epics into detailed functional and technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria • Maintain and manage the product backlog for assigned product areas or engineering teams • Partner with Product Managers to reflect product strategy and roadmap initiatives in backlog priorities and delivery plans • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Quality teams to clarify requirements and support implementation • Lead or facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready standards • Keep functional and technical documentation accurate and aligned with delivered functionality • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate with QA and engineering to define acceptance criteria and ensure functionality and quality standards • Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and ambiguities affecting delivery timelines or solution quality • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, documentation practices, and backlog management standards • Travel up to 25% for client visits, conferences, and networking

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–5 years of experience in a product, business analysis, delivery, or technical role within a SaaS or technology environment • Experience working with agile development teams • Familiarity with Scrum or similar iterative delivery frameworks • Ability to translate business or product requirements into clear functional specifications or user stories • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation and requirements definition • Experience with JIRA or similar backlog management platforms • Ability to collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Design teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, QA analyst, or similar delivery-focused role • Familiarity with backlog refinement, sprint planning, and agile delivery ceremonies • Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software development teams • Experience in regulated or complex product environments is an advantage, including life sciences, financial services, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS • Exposure to API-based systems, integrations, or platform-oriented products • Experience contributing to documentation, testing support, or release readiness activities • Successful candidates must complete and pass reference and background checks • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in compliance with federal law • Desired salary must be indicated for the application to be considered
