Beschreibung

• Support the Sales team with recommendations for development and implementation of complex offerings and solutions • Help the Sales team achieve sales quotas • Meet revenue, deployment, and service objectives while maintaining customer and prospect relationships • Build, design, and present complex solutions to customers • Collaborate with Product Teams, Product Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales teams • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for customers and build long-lasting relationships within key accounts • Prepare detailed product specifications and implement customer installation plans • Deliver white papers and present at conferences and user groups

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field • Eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or a related role • Eight (8) years of experience in software engineering, consulting, infrastructure management, sales engineering, or solutions architecture • Five (5) years of experience with Linux system administration • Five (5) years of experience with one or more virtualization providers • Five (5) years of experience giving technical presentations to business, technical, management, and leadership audiences • Three (3) years of experience with one or more public cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or IBM Cloud, and enterprise-customer integration • Three (3) years of experience implementing and deploying Kubernetes and related CNCF landscape projects • Three (3) years of experience in IT architecture management, including complex architecture implementation plans • Three (3) years of experience with hyperscaler services • Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time to customer sites and internal/external conferences
