Beschreibung

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations, from discovery and solution design through go-live and post-launch support • Partner with customers to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable models, configurations, and planning solutions • Own day-to-day project execution, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication • Serve as a trusted advisor to finance and business teams, providing guidance, training, and hands-on support to drive adoption • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D to ensure smooth handoffs, successful delivery, and continuous product improvement • Support product demonstrations and late-stage evaluations as needed, primarily from an implementation and solution feasibility perspective

🎯 Anforderungen

• Prior hands-on experience implementing FP&A platforms for different use cases at a software vendor or implementation partner • Strong background in FP&A with experience in financial modeling, business analytics, or enterprise planning implementations and the abilities to design and explain complex data models, calculations, and planning workflows • Hands-on familiarity with planning and performance management platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, Workday Adaptive, Planful, etc.) • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured system designs and data models • Comfort owning customer-facing projects and managing multiple workstreams in parallel • Clear, confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable presenting solutions; prior demo or pre-sales experience is helpful but not required • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
