Beschreibung

• Manage and mentor at least one direct report • Own the PR and Communications strategy for Seeking.com • Build a quarterly development plan for each direct report • Write press releases, media alerts, pitch letters, and more • Pitch directly to journalists and maintain relationships • Prepare Co-CEOs with briefing materials for appearances • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a curated book of Seeking members • Serve as the day-to-day client lead for outside agencies • Monitor the news cycle continuously

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5 to 8 years of combined experience across PR agency, in-house PR, and/or journalism • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional track record • Demonstrated record securing tier-one media coverage • Exceptional writing and editing skills • Experience managing PR agency or vendor relationships or experience inside a top agency • Strong personal media relationships with journalists, podcast bookers, or producers • Working knowledge of Muck Rack, Cision, Meltwater, or equivalent • Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing junior talent
