Beschreibung

• Own AI agents for assigned customers across discovery, design, build, evaluation, launch, and live operation • Sit with customers to map workflows and translate ambiguous business goals into concrete agent scopes and enforced business logic • Design and write prompts, instructions, and conversation flows, iterating against evaluations and real transcripts • Integrate agents with customer CRMs, ticketing systems, internal services, APIs, and third-party systems • Shape reliable tool-call inputs and outputs and handle authentication, errors, and edge cases • Build test sets covering happy paths, unhappy paths, edge cases, and hallucination risks • Measure agent quality and harden agents for production, including guardrails, failure modes, latency, and cost • Monitor live conversations and tool-call health, debug logs and transcripts, and ship fixes under pressure • Feed recurring patterns and missing capabilities back to Product

🎯 Anforderungen

• Customer-facing strength, including the ability to earn trust with skeptical stakeholders • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete plans • Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences • Integration fluency with customer APIs, endpoints, protocols, and third-party systems • Ability to design clean tool schemas and handle authentication, errors, and edge cases • Ability to validate bespoke, under-documented customer APIs • Prompt and instruction craft for LLM behavior • Ability to write unambiguous instructions and diagnose prompt failures • Eval-first approach and product taste for effective conversations • Nice to have: general-purpose coding experience with TypeScript, Python, or SQL • Nice to have: prior forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-embedded work • Nice to have: conversational AI, voice, or contact center domain experience • Nice to have: experience with LLM evaluation tooling and observability • A computer science degree or software engineering title is not required • Backgrounds such as systems administration, integration engineering, or technical support are welcome
