Beschreibung

• Write and ship production-quality JavaScript across front-end and back-end digital privacy products using React and related toolchains • Develop backend services and APIs in Go (Golang) • Deploy and operate highly available, scalable Enterprise SaaS applications on AWS in a DevOps environment • Own the application lifecycle from coding and automated testing through deployment and production operations • Participate in on-call rotations via PagerDuty • Apply software design patterns to complex engineering problems • Collaborate across multiple projects and products • Partner with Product to identify issues, investigate root causes, and propose solutions • Mentor teammates, provide actionable feedback, and build team redundancy • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Deliver and manage medium-to-large tasks spanning multiple systems, including planning, estimation, risk, and progress communication • Size and prioritize tasks and assess engineering commitments • Understand the team domain and its contribution to Virtru’s business strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing with JavaScript, including Node.js and/or React • Proficiency with Go (Golang) for scalable backend services and APIs • Experience deploying and operating highly available, scalable Enterprise SaaS applications in a DevOps environment • Strong understanding of software design patterns • Experience building and deploying applications using AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure • Experience using Docker across development, testing, and deployment • Experience with Agentic AI workflows and tooling • Ability to challenge teammates and managers respectfully in pursuit of excellence • Strong sense of urgency and action-oriented mindset • Ability to collaborate and adapt to shifting priorities • Comfortable with asynchronous communication using Slack, email, Zoom, and similar tools
