Beschreibung

• Own Replika’s social and community stories end to end • Help set social and community strategy and execute it hands-on • Run daily social media operations on X, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook • Plan the content calendar, publish posts, reply to users, and maintain Replika’s voice • Create on-camera content including short videos, product walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes content, launches, and user stories • Concept, shoot, edit, and publish content independently • Own Discord and Reddit communities, work with moderators, answer questions, and ensure users feel heard • Bring community insights to the product team and CEO • Identify user preferences, frustrations, and emerging issues and communicate them quickly • Respond calmly and honestly to public issues and escalate when appropriate • Find and build relationships with creators focused on AI companions • Convert effective organic creator content into additional content • Build the CEO’s social presence alongside the brand’s • Film with the CEO, shape posts, and turn company developments into shareable stories • Track posts, threads, and creators that drive app sign-ups or installs • Adjust the strategy based on performance data

🎯 Anforderungen

• Comfortable on camera with demonstrated experience; must provide content where you are the face • Experience growing brand accounts on X, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, with measurable audience and engagement numbers, ideally including sign-ups or installs • Experience running online communities on Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms • Ability to keep a large community active, fair, and safe • Broad experience across platforms; TikTok experience is welcome, but TikTok as the primary channel is not suitable • Ability to shoot, edit, and post content quickly without a production team or multiple approval rounds • Good judgment in public and ability to distinguish appropriate posts from crises • Ability to shape strategy and execute the work independently • Excellent written and spoken English • Personal following is a bonus • Experience with a consumer subscription app, ideally in AI or products related to connection, relationships, or wellbeing, is a bonus • Experience working with a founder or CEO on their personal social presence is a bonus • Experience taking a community through a major product change and keeping it together is a bonus • Ability to work CET hours
