Beschreibung

• Manage and contribute to the product roadmap for products supporting collections, payments, and financial workflows • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce operational friction, and improve efficiency • Partner with Operations, Client Services, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to understand business challenges and define product needs • Translate complex financial, payment, and collections workflows into clear product requirements and user stories • Work closely with offshore and distributed engineering teams to clarify requirements, establish priorities, and support successful delivery • Gather and analyze customer feedback, user behavior, workflow data, and operational challenges to inform product decisions • Define and track success metrics related to adoption, automation, efficiency, accuracy, and operational impact • Support the full product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, development, testing, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization • Coordinate product launches through documentation, stakeholder communication, training and enablement, and go-to-market support • Ensure product solutions align with business, customer, technical, and compliance requirements • Balance short-term priorities with opportunities to improve and scale the platform over time

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within a technology-driven or operationally complex environment • Experience in FinTech, payments, collections, debt recovery, lending, financial services, or financial workflow platforms strongly preferred • Experience translating business needs and operational processes into clear product requirements and user stories • Familiarity with product development methodologies and working with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle • Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and user feedback to inform decisions • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-moving environment • A collaborative, curious mindset and a genuine interest in understanding how things work and how they can work better
