Beschreibung

• Evaluate RFI/RFPs and discuss prospective customers’ needs to develop proposal strategy • Generate detailed proposals across advanced R&D, technology platforms, process and analytical development, and GMP manufacturing offerings • Support scope revisions with subject matter experts and drive programs from proposal to contract signature • Work with Sales & Business Management and Commercial Development to determine profitable program pricing • Incorporate contractual terms into proposals • Manage the proposal pipeline and critical proposal development process • Deliver proposals and estimates against commitments to manage customer expectations • Conduct assigned technical evaluation and proposal process projects • Implement continuous improvement initiatives • Assist with costing and pricing analysis for the opportunity funnel • Partner with Sales & BD during pre-proposal, post-proposal, customer calls, and site visits • Work with global subject matter experts and internal colleagues to generate approved program pricing and timelines

🎯 Anforderungen

• Fundamental understanding of Biologics and/or Sterile Drug Product manufacturing and drug development lifecycle • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills • Strong analytical skills • Self-disciplined and able to multi-task effectively • Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment • Proactive and able to prioritize in an entrepreneurial environment • Proficient in MS Word and/or MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint • Ability to travel (≤ 10%) and work non-standard hours (flexible management) • 2-4 years of bio/pharmaceutical R&D and/or manufacturing industry experience, CDMO • 0-3 years of technical evaluation and proposals experience • Salesforce CRM experience • Previous experience in a customer-facing role • Relevant skill set in program management, sales, business, or technical experience highly valued • Prior experience writing Drug Product proposals highly valued • Sponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available
