Beschreibung

• Manage the enterprise social media calendar across priority channels, coordinating content for multiple business lines, audiences, and campaign timelines • Draft platform-appropriate copy, creative briefs, executive posts, and short-form content covering behavioral health, education, and workplace topics • Publish and schedule approved content, maintain accurate links and tagging, and complete final quality checks • Partner with Creative and Brand, Content, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and business-unit leaders to convert campaign plans into organic social content • Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and relevant conversations; respond or route issues according to brand, privacy, and escalation guidelines • Track channel and content performance, identify insights, and recommend adjustments to topics, formats, cadence, and distribution • Stay current on platform changes, audience behavior, and emerging formats; test new approaches supporting brand and business goals • Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 2 to 4 years of experience supporting organic social media for a company, agency, or mission-driven organization • Strong writing and editing skills, with work samples demonstrating the ability to adapt voice and format for different audiences and channels • Hands-on experience with major social platforms and a social scheduling or listening tool such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or a comparable platform • Working knowledge of social analytics and ability to turn results into clear recommendations • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple concurrent deadlines • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, content partners, subject-matter experts, and senior stakeholders in a remote environment
