Beschreibung

• Temporarily support the Diablo IV Marketing team through the December 1 launch of Diablo IV Season 16 and maintain social content cadence through January 2027 • Coordinate content production, reviews, approvals, and publishing oversight with the social agency and internal partners • Maintain the Diablo social content calendar and coordinate schedules • Track deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, production status, asset versions, delivery dates, and publishing readiness • Support development of the Season 17 social agency brief using established templates and guidance • Flag risks, schedule changes, and blockers and keep stakeholders aligned • Coordinate static, video, and motion creative assets across platforms and channels • Manage creative reviews and approvals through Opal • Capture and consolidate feedback, route revisions, and confirm stakeholder approvals • Ensure assets meet platform specifications, safe zones, file requirements, and publishing standards • Coordinate with the agency community manager to provide guidance, secure approvals, and ensure publishing plans are executed accurately • Serve as primary operational point of contact for social schedules, approvals, and publishing coordination • Coordinate with marketing, creative, production, community, regional, and agency partners • Attend planning and review meetings, communicate updates, and confirm owners and next steps • Maintain continuity by routing urgent needs and informing stakeholders • Provide scheduled operational coverage during company closures or holidays as needed, monitor social channels, coordinate with the agency, and escalate time-sensitive issues • Ensure coverage plans, escalation paths, and approvals are clear in advance

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of relevant experience in social media, social operations, or content production • Experience coordinating social calendars, creative production, and agency workflows • Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage deadlines, dependencies, and competing priorities • Familiarity with major social platforms, publishing processes, and content specifications • Experience using project management and creative review or approval tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively across internal and external teams • Experience in gaming, entertainment, live-service products, or related audience-driven industries is a plus • Knowledge of the Diablo franchise, its community, and its audience is a plus • Experience working with third-party agencies and external partners is a plus • Familiarity with Opal, Sprinklr, Airtable, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus; prior Opal experience is not required • Irvine-based or remote within the United States • Ability to work primarily West Coast hours (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. PST) for remote candidates
