Beschreibung

• Lead client design workshops and guide discussions toward scalable, best-practice solutions • Translate business and/or technical requirements into well-architected solutions • Own solution design, configuration approach, and overall delivery quality • Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders (business and/or IT) • Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of complex issues • Configure, prototype, and validate solutions aligned to client needs • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices • Mentor and coach junior consultants through project work and day-to-day guidance

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–8+ years of experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, consulting, or retail software delivery • Experience implementing or supporting solutions such as RELEX, Oracle Retail, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of retail processes (e.g., planning, allocation, forecasting, replenishment) • Proven ability to lead client discussions and influence decision-making • Experience owning or significantly contributing to end-to-end solution delivery • Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences
