Beschreibung

• Partner directly with executive leadership to build and refine asset management processes, reporting frameworks, and operational standards • Help shape portfolio strategy and contribute to long-term business planning • Establish scalable infrastructure to support portfolio growth • Lead financial analysis including monthly reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasts • Identify and execute strategies to increase NOI and asset value • Own asset-level strategies including lease-up, stabilization, repositioning, and long-term hold strategies • Continuously track performance against underwriting and adjust execution as needed • Maintain a strong on-the-ground presence through regular site visits • Partner closely with third-party property managers to drive leasing, operations, and resident experience • Hold operators accountable to performance metrics and business plans • Develop and oversee capital improvement initiatives • Ensure adherence to LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing regulations • Prepare and deliver clear, concise reporting on asset performance

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6–10+ years of asset management experience, with meaningful exposure to affordable housing • Strong working knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and related compliance frameworks • Demonstrated ability to drive asset performance and execute business plans • Experience managing and influencing third-party property management teams • Highly analytical with strong financial modeling and Excel skills • Willingness and interest in being in the field regularly (not a desk-only role) • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
