Beschreibung

• Define product vision, strategic bets, and outcome-based roadmaps for loyalty and commerce experiences across web/app • Align product direction with Revance’s broader digital strategy and growth goals • Establish outcome-based OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through requirements, UX/design, development, QA/UAT, launch, and iteration • Translate customer, business, and regulatory needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Lead prioritization, sequencing, trade-off decisions, and ceremonies within a cross-functional pod • Coordinate engineers, designers, data partners, QA, and business analysts • Partner with engineering leaders on architecture, platform dependencies, integrations, and reusable components • Drive agile development, rapid iteration, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance • Provide functional leadership to business analysts and developers • Lead customer discovery, synthesize insights, map journeys, and improve UX • Instrument analytics, run experiments, and optimize funnel outcomes • Embed AI features and define responsible-AI guardrails and measurement • Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Legal, and CX teams on launch readiness • Establish product management standards, JIRA/Confluence workflows, quality gates, and repeatable delivery processes • Manage product-side engagement with vendors and contractors and review deliverables

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with proven experience in B2C/B2B experiences (loyalty, commerce, engagement, or marketplaces) • Proven success building products from zero-to-one, shipping at scale, and iterating based on results • Strong technical literacy; experience partnering with engineering on APIs, integrations, data models, and platform choices • Experience with analytics, experimentation, and funnel optimization • Ability to lead with clarity, make principled tradeoffs, and drive outcomes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucid, Figma, Segment IO • Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM, MarTech, loyalty systems, Snowflake, Power BI/Tableau, AWS, Vercel or commerce platforms is a plus • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SDLC methodologies
